Suresh Ramdas emerges as a dynamic force for change and inclusion. As an 'out and proud' brown gay man in India, he stands at the forefront of promoting diversity and acceptance in the corporate space. He channels his expertise as a certified Diversity Professional and NLP Practitioner, alongside completing the LGBTQ Executive Leadership Program from Stanford University, to co-facilitate programs like Leading With Pride (LWP), aimed at nurturing the next generation of LGBTQ+ leaders.
Suresh is a passionate advocate for Trans inclusion, mental health awareness, and combating issues such as HIV and drug abuse within the LGBTQ+ community.
He actively volunteers at old age homes, orphanages, and with children affected by HIV.
Additionally, as a member of the Rainbow Toastmasters Club, the world's first LGBTQIA+ and Allies Virtual Club, he fosters public speaking and leadership skills in a safe and supportive environment.
